You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose unreasonable load on infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
- Share account credentials with unauthorised persons
3. Data Handling Responsibilities
Schools using Tawaasal to process student data are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent or legal basis for data processing
- Ensuring data entered is accurate and up-to-date
- Configuring appropriate access controls for staff members
- Reporting any data breaches to Tawaasal within 24 hours of discovery
4. Security Obligations
- Use strong, unique passwords for your account
- Enable multi-factor authentication where available
- Keep your devices and software up to date

5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to remedy the violation
- Temporary suspension of account access
- Permanent termination of the account
- Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
