• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose unreasonable load on infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorised persons

3. Data Handling Responsibilities

Schools using Tawaasal to process student data are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent or legal basis for data processing
• Ensuring data entered is accurate and up-to-date
• Configuring appropriate access controls for staff members
• Reporting any data breaches to Tawaasal within 24 hours of discovery

4. Security Obligations

• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Enable multi-factor authentication where available
• Keep your devices and software up to date

5. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and request to remedy the violation
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of the account
• Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
